At Arch House Limited, we are thrilled to be the largest event prop supplier in the country. This milestone has been made possible through the trust and support of our valued clients.

To give back, we are committed to offering the best quality products at the most competitive prices. That's why we are proud to introduce our Price-Beat Policy.

If you have received an invoice for a product we manufacture—or are capable of manufacturing—we will beat that price by 20%, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The competitor's product matches our turnaround time and quality standards.
  2. The price beat does not apply to discounted or promotional invoices.
  3. Not all suppliers are considered competitors. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and will inform you accordingly.
  4. The final price (after the 20% reduction) must not result in a financial loss to Arch House.
  5. The competing supplier must be government registered and GST registered.
  6. The supplier must be located within New Zealand.

Shipping

Arch House Limited can assist with packaging your products and preparing them for shipment. If you require help finding a shipping provider, we are happy to offer recommendations.

Please note:

  • Clients are responsible for arranging their own delivery and insurance.
  • Arch House New Zealand does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged goods during transit.

Refund Policy

Custom Products:

  • All custom-built products are non-refundable, as they are made to your specific requirements.
  • If you receive a product that is significantly different from what was promised, we will open an investigation.

Our Commitment:

  • If a mistake was made by Arch House Limited, we will either fix the issue or create a new product for you.
  • Upon receiving your product, inspect it immediately. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Reports made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds or repairs will be offered if the product has been modified (e.g., painted or altered).
  • If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, we may replace the item or issue a full refund. You may be required to return the product at your own cost.
  • If the product was insured and arrived damaged, please contact the shipping company directly to lodge a claim.

Over 99% of our products are delivered successfully and to full satisfaction—only less than 1% of our customers request a refund.

Payments
  • A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
  • 100% upfront payment qualifies your order for priority processing, potentially reducing lead time by up to two weeks.
  • Full payment must be received before delivery or collection.
  • Unpaid balances will incur daily interest at 4% of the remaining amount.

When placing an order, we collect personal information including your:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Residential address
  • Contact details

    This information is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties, unless requested by New Zealand Law Enforcement Agencies.

At Arch House Limited, we take pride in being leaders in design innovation and product quality. Many of our original designs are copyrighted through IP New Zealand.

We retain full ownership of these designs and will take legal action against copyright violations.
